Shipping policy
Processing Time All products at Fairway Outdoors are made-to-order. Once you place your order, our production partners begin creating your custom item. Production typically takes 2-7 business days before your order ships.
Shipping Methods and Times After production is complete, shipping times are:
- United States: 3-7 business days
- International: 10-30 business days (depending on destination)
Total delivery time = Production time + Shipping time
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress.
Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days (US) or 45 days (international) from the ship date, please contact us at [justin@fairway-outdoors.com] so we can investigate.
International Orders International customers may be responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs.
