Our Commitment At Fairway Outdoors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All of our products are made-to-order specifically for you, which means each item is custom-created after you place your order.

Returns and Exchanges Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size or color selected by the customer
  • Minor variations in color due to different screen displays

Defective or Damaged Products We will gladly replace or refund products that arrive:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • With manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect from what was ordered

How to Report an Issue If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the defective or damaged item
  • A brief description of the issue

Refund Process Once we verify the issue:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Replacement items will be produced and shipped at no additional cost to you

Shipping Costs

  • We cover shipping costs for replacement items due to our error or defects
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items (if applicable)
